Hi and welcome to AF!

Unfortunately there is no stable version of android 4.0 or grater available for the N860. here is the development thread for 4.1. it is not fully functional and still has some kinks but if you wanna try it out... ...

Or you can try out my rom too...
HaloBean ROM 5.0.4

Its Gingerbread, but its got tons of ICS and JB features plus the look... I wanted ICS and JB so bad I based this rom on it... everything's fully working. You can check it out if you want and maybe it'll keep us happy until CM10 is fixed up

thank you guys so much. The reason I was asking is because I know BBM is coming to Android today and unfortunately it won't support anything other than JellyBean and ICS

I think I'll try this option - Can you help me find a link to go through the installation steps?

If you're rooted, download to SD card and install through recovery. Or click on the link and post in my thread and I'll help you install my Rom
