I have a youpu u6. Its the Chinese version of a jellybean apparently.
My problem with my phone is it stopped working.
The Sims I'm, but its disconnected. My sim is 02.

Ive been hearing alot of people have been having similar

Ive gone into settings> about phone > sim status.

My network is 02
Signal strength -96dbm 9 ASU
Mobile network type unknown
Service state in service
Roaming : not roaming
Mobile network state: disconnected

I've already tried to reset the mobile network
But nothing happened. Now it doesn't give me the option
To try again. And my phones no better off than before.

Do I need to do a factory reset? Please help me
